I was trying to find this information everywhere and you really made it clear and simple for me. CigarBoxNation is good, but you laid it out loud and clear.

I have a Russian balilaika that I want to fit in with my guitar, ukulele, and charango.  I decided that since it&#039;s already a 3 string instrument, I&#039;d tune hack into some kind of CBG...
