help! no bar that says vote for best answer?

kinda embarrassing but the blue bar didnt come up that says vote for best answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to wait four hours after posting a question before you can pick BEST.
If you mean for your question, you have to wait at least 4 hours and then after that is up (when it is 5 on your link), the blue bars show up and click on it on the answer that helped you the most or that you liked the most. then rate it 1-5 stars, (1 being the worst, 5 being the best) and comment it. then click OK. there! you have successfully chose a best answer! you will get 3 points for doing that which is choosing a best answer to your question and the person that you chose as best answer will get 10 points for the best answer and additional 1-50 points for the thumbs-up their answer has! also, try to choose a best answer before the 3 days or week is over because it will be too late to choose a best answer and you have to vote for your best answer instead of choosing it.

read each answer before choosing
when you make your choice then you will be taken to the
answer you chose
do a five star system
1 meaning poor 5 best
rate accordingly
write a comment.
There will be a message that says thanks you chose the best answer 3 points.
Hi There. The blue button won’t pop up there until 4 hours.
You have to wait for four (4) hours after asking a question in order to choose the “best answer.” That’s to give folks a fair chance to log in and find your question. Many of us log on and off periodically during the day and we may not be online when you posted.
Once the four (4) hours have elapsed, go back to view the question. You can do that by clicking on “My Profile” near the top the page, right hand side under the word “discover.”
Once you’re at your profile, look under your avatar (photo) and you’ll see a list of all the questions you’ve answered plus a tab you can click to see the questions where you were chosen as “best answer,” the questions you’ve asked and the questions you’ve starred.
Click on the word questions and you’ll see the list of your questions, click the question and it shows you not only the question but all the answers. There will be a blue box under each answer. Click the box of the answer you liked best. You will get 3 points for choosing.
Be sure you pick the “best answer” before the time for answering expires or it’ll be too late, it’ll go into voting.
IF YOU DIDN’T ASK THE QUESTION, to vote on unresolved questions click the “answer” toolbar at the top of the page then click on the “vote” tab and it’ll show you a bunch of questions in voting.
