I’m trying to vote someone’s answer as best but the option didn’t even show up on my screen….?

What should I do? I told this person I would give 10 pnts for an answer but when I clicked “check out new answer” the blue bar for Best Answer didn’t even show up.

    There is a 4 day waiting time before u can choose

    Anyeway, you cant vote untill four hours has passed. Then it will be open for best answer.
