What’s the best bar to go to in seattle (preferably West Seattle) for good live bands?

I’m in town for a few nights and wanna have a beer and hear some good rock and/or blues.

Is there a blues bar where I can take my parents (aged 60+) in Chicago, preferably North Side?

I’m a grad student at Northwestern. My parents are coming to visit for a few days and my dad wants to see some blues. Is there a bar or venue that I can take them to that won’t be full of young super-cool types?
