I’m trying to vote someone’s answer as best but the option didn’t even show up on my screen….?

What should I do? I told this person I would give 10 pnts for an answer but when I clicked “check out new answer” the blue bar for Best Answer didn’t even show up.

blue screen and computer history errors?

I have a problem with my new windows vista computer.
I keep having a “blues screen error”
Any idea how I can fix this?
And every time my coomputer crashes it erases my history.
Any way I can ssave my information, other than bookmarking continously? So I can keep my history up to date?
