I added the psyllium husk as someone suggested and the bread turned out great. I make this bread slice it up and out in freezer for when I want a slice. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I am intolerant to that as well as gluten and soya.I always use it - but it was a bad idea with this recipe. Hi Wendi. Hi Shae. Trust me. Even so, it rises waiting. The amount of chia allows for refipe xanthan gum and I really strongly suggest waiting to order some seeds before making this.

The only drawback is the fluted edges of the crust end up browning more quickly than the rest…So I have to put foil around them to protect them.
I have made it twice now and both times my bread was rising great but then it falls in the oven. Would any adjustments need to be made. Ela I have spent about 5 years trying to make gluten free bread that is relatively healthy. Total Time 1 hour 35 minutes. Both times it rose beautifully on the counter, but upon putting it into the oven it sunk. Bread stuck to it, even after baking.
