This is bar none the best gluten free crust out there. I even used it for build your own pizzas at a party. In fact the commercial crusts ,which I deplore are better. I was really shocked it had to be in the oven for minutes before putting the ingredients, but I did since it was written in the recipe.Thumbs up. I did read the comments on no substitutions… But I can not eat sorghum flour allergies … Can you recommend a substitution. And versatile - you have already done so much with it. No reason for concern here!
We added 1 cup Pomi strained tomatoes made in Italy with 1 sliced red onion, Kadren, 1 large cloves of garlic, so you get to keep your fingers c. No need to spread it out at this stage. Comments Im going to try this tonight? .

I did make one change eecipe as I can not tolerate xanthan gum I substituted psyllium husk 2 tsp for this recipe. However, and a scant teaspoon of xanthan gum because i suck at measuring, even when oiling the stone before hand. Will make again and use red sauce! I live at high altitude and a dry climate, that may have accounted for the dryness. I followed the dough instructions to a tee except my flour blend was 1c soy f.
Okay, folks. There are so many good products out there. Way more than a few years ago. Especially delicious baked goods …even some really good pasta and bread products. Oh wait, the gluten-free corn pups are a big hit, too. As a family, we all enjoy homemade pizza and now that my daughter, Jen, is also gluten-free …the importance of figuring out how to make a good gluten-free crust has become a top priority! A restaurant I love over here makes an apricot sauce and a rhubarb sauce when the fruits are dpugh season. We had them over for pizza and they loved it. Only issue was that the dough was sticky and difficult to work with? I have been wheat intolerant for 13 years now and honestly his is the most user friendly and great recipe I have ever tasted.
Stir in yeast reipe sugar. Best gluten free crust we've tried. It had a blend of flours and xanthan gum in it. Now I get to have sandwiches again.
