Cant find red jalapeno chii here. Made using garlic, rice vinegar, i used jam sugar in another batch to make a chilli jam and it turned out wonderful but if you want a thicker sauce you can use arrowroot instead of cornflour sauce remains clear and is perfevt for c. Dried chilli works well in this recipe as a sauce. Here's a link with information on how to make your own chili paste.I'd be comfortable with keeping it a week or two in the refrigerator. So I got sweet mini peppers! Any Thai dish that is made has to taste good, look good and feel good. This allows the chili flavor to really shine through.
