I have been involved in fitness for many years and love to mix up routines by varying between free weights, machines, etc This book is FULL of great workout ideas and I like the way it is divided into different muscle groups which makes putting together workouts easy. This would be a great book for beginners and 'seasoned' athletes alike! I love this Book! It has so many different workouts that I will never get bored. I currently subscribe to Women's Health Magazine and I constantly cut out work outs and add them to my health binder. Now I don't have to because they are all in the book.
