But fascinating research in the field of psychoneuroimmunology has revealed another, eating a frog is a metaphor for tackling your most challenging task-but also the one that can have the greatest positive impact on your life. Poor audio quality If you have not read or listened to Brian Tracy before this book will have value. Eat That Frog!

  2. I really enjoyed the content. Encourages you to be a better person at work and in your personal life. There's an old saying that if the first thing you do each morning is eat a live frog, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing excuees done with the worst thing you'll have to do all day. That is true for some.

  3. With these guidelines, you can learn how to be more successful in everything you do--instead of wistfully envying others you think are just "luckier" than you. I loved this audio and think it is great for any negative person in your life. Unabridged Audiobook. The book is complete BS and not worth spending any time on!
