Saturday dinner. This dish tastes indulgently creamy, but it's made with rice milk, so it's low in fat. I was so happy to find this recipe - 3 of us in my family can't have dairy. I understand what someone was saying about it being a little bland though. I thought that might be the case from looking at the recipe. I added some chopped scallions, and chopped proscuitto. My family loved it!
