Basic White Bread Recipe for Bread Machines (Dairy-Free!)We have been enjoying my gluten free sandwich bread , but I have been looking for something a little different. I wanted something a little more dense. I recently saw a recipe for a gluten free, dairy free, and egg free bread, for the bread machine. It sounded like what I was looking for, but I was not sure if I wanted to try it. I was skeptical about this bread working. I mean how could it work without gluten, dairy, and eggs, but I decided to give it a try.
Well, the answer is simple. Also 1. It was rather heavy. Filtered and spring water works best.
I have read in several places that you can use the quick loaf cycle on regular bread machines,it might be worth it to try. I had 2 table spoons of yeast in error. Use a fork or whisk to beat together the 2 eggs and 1 egg white, then add to baking pan of bread machine. Prep Time reclpe minutes.
