  1. Prep Time 5 minutes? Because the dough has no yeast you can roll it out right away. Sprinkle the mixed veggies evenly across the top of the flatbread and top with the shredded Mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Cook for another minutes or until bubbly!

  2. I will definitely be making this when I come home from work. This dough will be stiffer and take longer to form a ball? My friend has been doing this for years during Passover with Matzah bread. You could even serve this as finger food at a party.
