I tried a batch with flavor whey powder instead of coconut flour and it came out more fluffy than any other batch that I made and not so eaxywhen adding half a cut of hot water it was a little soupy but when the baking powder start activating it got bigger and fluffy and stayed csrb way till cooked about an hour.
